Do you accept international orders?
We currently offer delivery within Spain.
International orders are available upon request.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted pieces, shipping outside Spain is arranged individually depending on the item and destination.

How long does it take to process my order?
Items currently available in our shop are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days within Spain.
Custom-made orders require approximately up to 30 days, as each piece is individually crafted with attention to detail.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Spain is calculated at checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs are confirmed individually after consultation.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled shortly after placement.
Once processing or production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
